Office building

The opening ceremony of the spacious (floor space 19,000 sq m) office building Duntes Biroji Biznesam took place on 8 November 2007. The developers of the office building were a daughter company of E.L.L. Nekustmie īpašumi and SIA Merks. SIA Merks is a daughter company of the leading Baltic construction company Merko Ehitus.

In 2008 the building of Duntes Biroji Biznesam owners changed from E.L.L. Nekustmie īpašumi  to Focus Nordic Cities, a German fund.

The manager of Focus Nordic Cities fund is a German company Catella Real Estate KAG. The fund invests in high quality commercial property in the Baltic Sea Region.  By the end of 2009, its total investments amounted to 530 million EUR.  

Catella Real Estate KAG is a reliable and professional partner that appreciates long-term co-operation.  The company management has accumulated a considerable experience in the real estate business in Europe and the USA. Their previous employment has been in top positions with the well-known companies Siemens and UBS banka.

YIT Tehsistem SIA has been providing maintenance services to Duntes Biroji Biznesam buildings and surrounding area since 2008.  YIT Tehsistem SIA is a YIT Group (a leading Finnish company) daughter company in Latvia. YIT Tehsistem SIA is part of YIT technical systems business unit and is providing    building maintenance and services to Duntes Biroji Biznesam.
